Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, you may exchange it for a new one within 7 days of receiving your order. Please follow the instructions below for how to exchange your item(s).

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Exchanges are simple! Just send an email to shoplyft@socialimprints.com with the name of the item you’re exchanging, a photo of the damage, the reason for the exchange, and your order number. Be sure your email address matches the one on your order. Once we receive your package, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions on how to complete your exchange.
